Sweet baby girl...
Today I took some pics of a sweet little girl. She is usually so happy and constantly smiling but I think I scared her with the camera.
Kelli, thanks for letting me practice on her...

Happy Birthday (again)...
Last weekend we had big bro.'s birthday party. It was a pirate party so of course as the guests arrived they were dressed in pirate attire. The party was held at the YMCA kids gym so the kids spent most of the time playing on all the gym equipment (cargo net, rope swing, slides, bounce house etc.). We also had a treasure hunt with different clues hidden around the building leading to the treasure (which was a treasure chest pinata filled with all kinds of loot). Big bro had a great time!!! Happy 5th birthday!

Here are my cute little pirates..

and what is a party without a pinata?

Strawberry Picking
Today we went strawberry picking with our good friends (who we will miss greatly when we move). The kids loved it! I think they ate more than they picked. In fact, they ate so many while picking them that when we got home they wanted nothing to do with the strawberries. Here are a few pictures of the day...

Just playing around...
Here are a few from earlier today

big bro thinks it is so cool that he can touch his tongue to his nose (he inherited this trick from his grandma). He is always saying "hey mom can you do this?" and when I do not succeed he
laughs and laughs.

Outdoor fun...
Yesterday was a very rainy day so it felt so nice to get outside and play today. We went to a track and then to a park to have a picnic and play some more...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

I can't believe big bro is 5 years old. He was so excited about his birthday. We started the day with his soccer game where he scored a goal (he was so excited). He couldn't wait to get home to open his presents and eat some cake. We sang to him and he blew out candles 3 different times during the day. Later in the afternoon he went to a birthday party of one of his school friends, then he went to some other friends house to play, and then I took him to the disney store where he picked out a toy and used the money his great-grandparents gave to him for his birthday.
He had a great day and this was just the beginning...his birthday party is next week! Here are just a few snapshots of the day...
